Walk, run, or roll with us at the World Vision Global 6K for Water. Each registration provides lasting clean water to a child, like the child on your race bib!

Here in Valparaiso, we found that 5 laps around the walking track at Fairgrounds Park is exactly 6K! So that's what we'll do on May 17. We don't time the event, but friendly competitions have been known to spring up, so feel free to run! (Kids have also been known to take a break on the playground equipment while parents do a lap!)

The park restrooms are sometimes unlocked and sometimes not... so that's something to think about before you leave home!

We'll have snacks and drinks set up for you by 9:15, if you arrive early. (We'll probably continue our tradition of having bananas, oranges, apples, and Oreos, along with bottled water.) Just look for the orange!

At 9:30, we'll gather for a team photo and a quick prayer, then the walk/run/stroll will begin! 

Feel free to go at your own pace. Take a break between laps, if you need to. We'll stick around until everyone is done... or 11:30, whichever comes first. :) 

Rain or shine, it's going to be a great day to provide clean water for kids who need it! Thank you for being part of it!
